Java Developers:









Experience: 1year to 2 years



Strong experience in Core JAVA/J2EE.

Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including DesignPatterns)



Should have exposure to SQL and PL/SQL.



Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.









C/C++ Developers:









Experience: 1year to 2 years

Excellent Programming skills in C on Linux/Unix Platform.

Should have exposure to SQL and PL/SQL.

Exposure to PERL, Pro*C is plus.


Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.





Database Administrators





Experience : 1 to 6 years.

Experience as an oracle DBA on windows or unix on Production and Development environments.

Knowledge of D2K, iAS, Discoverer.

Scripting using Shell, PERL, awk.

Working experience on multiple operating systems will be an advantage.





Porting Engineers





Experience : 3 to 8 years.

Experience on porting applications based on Oracle technologies, C/C++, Java on UNIX based platforms.

Experience in shell and other scripting languages.

Experience in release engineering/ Configuration management.

Knowledge of debugging tools for C and Java.





Release Engineers





Experience : 2 to 4 years.

Experience on SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Pro*Cobol on Unix.

Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS architecture.

Scripting using shell, awk etc.

Prior work experience in Product Release will be an advantage.

Technology Certification Engineers

Experience : 2 to 8 years.

Experience on Install/Configuration of Linux flavours.

Experience on Install/Upgrade/Migration of applications across operating systems.

Sound knowledge of OS system libraries and Linux internals.

Service Domain









1-3 years experience in Product Testing and Quality Assurance

Domain Knowledge in CRM (

Automation experience is advantage. good understanding of SDLC, ability to author test

plans, scripts

Should be acquainted with Quality procedures, Should have good exposure to Testing methodologies, quick learner







Sr. QA Engineer :

Sales Domain / Service Domain:







3-5 years experience in Product Testing and Quality Assurance

Domain Knowledge in CRM (
Sales
and
Service
) or CRM packages like (Siebel, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) is Mandatory.

Automation experience is an advantage. Excellent understanding of SDLC, ability to author test plans, scripts

Should have exposure to working in big teams, should be flexible,
ready to accept challenges, and should have good leadership qualities.





Also, should have awareness of Quality procedures, Test methodologies







QA Engineer (Automation):







1-2 years of relevant software Quality Assurance experience

Excellent skills and experience in automation tools like winrunner

Experience in developing test plans and test cases across components

Good understanding of QA principles and processes, good SDLC knowledge

Experience in testing UI based products.

Ability to debug issues and problems and provide resolution.

Exposure to Oracle E-Business



Suite products/Any Other ERP is a plus
