Starting adevelopement centre in India. are looking for:

Tech Lead/Senior Programmer Analyst (Oracle, Oracle Forms, Java): 1 No

Job Description:

As
a lead member of the development team, this individual must be result
oriented and be able to work and produce with no supervision. Provide
architecture and design for the new Software
Modules/Programs/Products and help in Maintaining & Supporting
existing applications. Follow the software development
methods/procedures and maintain a good documentation. Ensure to
maintain high quality standards while developing software on schedule.
Provide expertise on wide range of technical areas. Experience working
with business analyst/uses. Writing technical specifications from
functional specifications is expected. Very well rounded with both
technical, functional/business experience.

Required Skills:

Six
Plus years of Hands-on and real-time Software Development experience.
Complete Project and development life cycle experience is a must.


Expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Stored objects (DB procedures, packages, functions, triggers)

Experience with Database design (RDBMS), ER Diagrams, UML and object oriented design is a must..

Good exposure to functional and business areas of IT projects

Must be able to lead and guide other team members

Good training and mentoring skills

Prior experience working in US based software development projects.

Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts.

MS Office (Word, Excel and Project etc.) is a must.

Good to have:

Experience/Knowledge in Oracle Applications

Design and Architecture skills in Java/J2EE, XML and Oracle Technologies.

Experience/Exposure in Java, JSP, Servlets, JSF and other Java Technologies

Hands on Coding and Development using Oracle Tools, Technologies, Java and J2EE, XML

Strong reporting skills preferably using Oracle Discoverer experience is a huge plus.

Experience working with Web/Application servers 9iAS/10gAS is a huge plus

Data warehousing knowledge is a huge plus.

Experience working in Open Source Development environment (Java, XML, JBoss, Apache, MySQL etc) is a huge plus.

Exposure/Experience with Rational is a plus.

Education:

Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science

MBA is a huge plus

Others:

Excellent English writing and communication Skills

Must be a team player

Ability to work independently and/or as part of team

Senior Software Engineer (Oracle Forms/Java) (2 positions):

Job Description:
