Job Description :
We are looking for Developers with hands on experience on ASP,JavaScript,CSS & HTML knowledge for developing e-surveys.

Desired Candidate Profile :
The candidate should have a strong customer focus, fair communication skills and good JavaScript & HTML knowledge for developing e-surveys. The responsibilities of the role include:
Communicate with project managers for iterative survey development
Ensure accuracy and acceptability of final product
Develop surveys using 3rd party application with little customizations
Provide support during the various stages of survey life-cycle.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education background
Bacherlors degree (preferably in IT/software engineering).

Previous Experience
6 months+ experience in website development, (exposure to web survey development would be a plus).

IT Skills
Good Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, CSS, Dreamweaver
Flair for website designing (knowledge of usability concepts would be a plus)
Understanding of web architecture and related concepts
Fair knowledge of Excel

General Skills
Good English skills: written communication, grasp of grammar and comfortable on phone
Strong customer focus
Good logical ability
Ability to juggle projects and shift priorities on a daily basis
Flexible hours (would be required to work in night shifts also)
Strong team player (Positive attitude and can gel with the team environment easily, knowledge sharing)
