Job Description
Leading the development team- managing and working closely with the development and test team
Helping define and deliver the requirements and feature sets
Supporting multiple release schedules across a range of projects
Handling all Program Management daily tasks as required
Technical pre-sales support to help customers realize our ability to deliver great technical solutions
Training and mentoring the high performance team
Knowledge sharing across locations including spending appropriate time at other facility in India
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors in Computer Science from an IIT or REC and a Masters in Computer Science from a good US university (required)
6 to 10 years as a Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience of leading development projects
Strong technical background in Microsoft platform with the ability to develop specifications and work with development and test teams
Strong understanding of Project Management, ability to handle multiple projects and challenges
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate difficult technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical users
Prior work experience working with Microsoft Corporation as a vendor is a plus
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, XML Web Services
Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, database concepts and technologies.
