Job Description
- Analytical skills for problem solving and solution design of enterprise security products.
- Customer facing skills and sensitivity to customer issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability and aptitude for interaction with customers, sales people, and account managers
- Understanding and aptitude for key tasks in the selling of security products.
- Very good understanding of current leading-edge technologies in datacom / telecom / IT.
- Customer consultation, customer presentation, solution design.
- Ability to work with engineering and operations personnel to elicit key technical info and design technical and commercially viable solutions.
- Should have handled the South region

TCPIP, Routing Fundamentals, Switching, Physical Cabling
Operating System installation, configuration and security hardening (Windows XP, 2003, VISTA, RHEL)
Security tools handling, Debug Knowledge, Encryption Technologies, PKI
Web Services, Client and Server side scripting (HTML, Java, CGI, AJAX, ActiveX, PHP), Messaging Services (Microsoft Exchange, Send Mail, lotus Notes, Collaborative tools)
