JOB SPECIFICATIONS

5+ yrs of hands-on experience developing enterprise class Java based

applications

Hands-on experience with server side java technologies including

J2EE, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Struts/Spring and JDBC

Extensive experience with object oriented design and database

modeling

Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best

practices

Strong working knowledge of SOA, MVC, Struts, Spring and other

frameworks

Experience with web/apps servers including apache, tomcat, iAS,

JBoss etc.

Experience with Interwoven Content Management tools such LiveSite &

TeamSite

Experience integrating web applications w/ Oracle 10g/9i and MySql

databases

Experience developing applications in Linux, Unix and Windows

environments

Customer Service Business Systems Analyst will be directly

responsible for managing the requirements analysis, deployment and

production support of business systems supporting the Customer

Service organization

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Manage production activities, provide user support and

troubleshoot application issues

· Lead and actively partner with operations team in gathering

business requirements and scoping projects including resource

planning and cost-benefit analysis

· Translate business requirements into functional

specifications and functional designs

· Lead cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements

and brainstorm solutions

· Recommend solutions to optimize efficiency of business

processes using business systems

· Configure the applications and coordinate technical build

with internal/external resources

service modules (Install Base, Service Contracts, TeleService, UWQ)

and business processes (Issue-to-Resolution, contracts life-cycle

mgmt and Order-to-Cash).

· Experience with Order Mgmt, Service Fulfillment Manager,

Interaction Center and CTI integration are a huge plus

· Strong project management skills with the ability to scope,

prioritize, plan and proactively manage IT customer expectations

· Strong requirements analysis and problem solving skills

· Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on
