Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer - GBS
Location: Bangalore

Job description
Creates, develops, plans, writes and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users. May document engineering processes and specifications. Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.

# Minimum graduate and above with relevant exp of 5 yrs and above in learning industry
# Relevant work experience with atleast 1 yr or more as a senior ID or Lead ID
# Team player with strong ID and communication skills

Participate in the design and production of learning solutions, such as:

# Leading a team of writers , analyzing content; writing scripts;

# Experienced with creation of ILT courseware;

# Editing the final product prior to delivery

# Other skills that apply to this job role include knowledge and application of
IBM and non-IBM standards and style guidelines and intellectual property requirements; and how to develop information across a blend of delivery methods. (ILT,WBT).
