Education : UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Location : Gurgaon

Job Description : Keep description of the test environment (both HW & SW) up-to-date. Track all software and hardware licenses and inventory.
Providing the requested test environment. This includes installation and configuration of physical computer network, hardware, and operating system, as per the product documentation.
Setting up the HW as per product instructions and perform scratch/upgrade testing for the product.
Automated provisioning of Test channels (Test Automation)
Handling the Test environment (including simulators, tools, test server)
Install, troubleshoot and configure new equipment and software. This can be both tools and parts of the system needed for the test. This includes identifying and replacing faulty equipment
Actively participate in project meetings to provide feedbacks, about faults and limitations in the product documentations.
Help the other test engineer for system related queries.

Desired Profile : Mandatory Skills
Good knowledge of Test tools and Test environment
Strong knowledge of systems, platforms and Unix admin tasks
Worked with setting up High availability systems in Cluster mode, and 3PP's like Oracle and Veritas products
Good know-how of Flash based and Ignite based installations on Solaris & HP platforms
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Optional Skills (Added Advantage)
Telecom Domain background
Working experience in scripting language (Shell/Perl)
