Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad


Job Description :
Knowledge in HCM 8.8/8.9 version setup.
Should be proficient in App design, People Code, App Engine, Component Interface, SQR, SQL
Well versed with Integration Technologies with Application Messaging configuration and development of new messages
Effectively participates and leads technical discussions with internal teams
Demonstrate ability to assist other members on the project by making sound risk/reward decisions
Understands how the reporting tools and services can impact employer success and uses these existing tools to derive a business requirement oriented solution.
Demonstrate the ability to define requirements, identify benefits and measure value
Work on moderately complex technical problems with minimal supervision

Desired Profile :
HRMS upgrade knowledge
Upgrade from HCM 8.8 to 8.9 will be a huge plus
Should have knowledge in PeopleTools Skills like Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Messaging, Application Engine, SQR etc
Strong SQL skills
Strong knowledge in a HRMS Reporting environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes
Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines
Must have excellent analytical skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized and a team player
