Job Description
Basic Skill Set Required:
1. Expert level knowledge of PHP and MySQL based developement with basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.
2. Knowledge of Smarty etc and development on CMS frameworks like Joomla and Drupal is a plus.

Optional Skill Set:
3. In addition to 1 above, extensive experience of managing and leading web development teams with 10s of successful projects in the past one year.
4. Extensive experience in flash along with junior developer level knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
5. Must have CSS and Image based design skills with knowledge of PhotoShop and other application needed to design off a PSD or Adobe illustrator files.
