Requirement specifics:
Expertise in Designing and developing in Java/ J2EE applications. (High Level Design or any tier architecture)
OOAD Design experience is a must.
Should be strong in UML.
Exposure to tools like Rational Rose, Visio etc will be an added advantage.
Team handling/leading experience for Tech leads is essential.
