Designation Mainframe Developer

Job Description Skills Required :

Seeking a Mainframe developer with Natural/Adabas skills to be part of the Marathon offshore team. This individual should ideally have 3 years total experience with at least 2 years in Natural/Adabas. He/she will work with the offshore as well as onshore teams/clients primarily on support services with a possibility of some project work. He/she will be the primary point of contact on Natural related issues from offshore.

Requirements:

At least two years experience in Natural/Adabas programming. The individual should have a very strong technical foundation in Natural and Adabas with experience in both reporting as well as structured mode. The individual must also have good problem solving, analytical and programming skills. He/she must have prior experience working in a support environment as well as project/development work.

Additional Skills:

� Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a multi-tasking, changing environment.
� Knowledge of other Mainframe technologies such as JCL, DB2
� Excellent oral and written communication skills
� Experience in a CMM Level 5 support environment
� Experience delivering services remotely for US based companies.

Qualification: B.E / B.Sc / MCA / BCA

Total year�s of experience: 3 years
Experience in Natural/Adabas: 2+ years
