Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:

ï Writing and presenting the information in clear and simple English
ï Understanding the business systems and applications for which technical documentation/presentations is to be prepared
ï Liaising with support groups and technical team to understand the technology to be described
ï Proactive approach to questioning technical team and managers to clarify technical issues
ï Planning the order of the information, organizing and designing the information effectively
ï Setting up document standards, styles and formats, etc.
ï Create courses, presentations, quizzes, and surveys as part of e-learning
ï Keeping up to date with developments in information technology.

Desired Candidate Profile
