Job Description
Should have a total programming experience of 1 to 4 years, with a minimum 3 months working experience in Flex or 6 months in Actionscript.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for people who have three years experience in Java, Desktop application development. The experience should not be limited to middle or database layer and should have relevant experience is build UI also. Experience in desktop development in VB, Java, .NET is valid. Candidate should have intermediate level skills in XML
