POSITION SUMMARY

You will acquire and utilize the formulas and techniques that have helped Unboundedâs employees become the most highly achieving, respected professionals in the industry.

As a Technical Writer, you will:

ï Be responsible for writing search engine optimized technical content for Unbounded Solutions.
ï Write technical article for Unbondedâs solutions and services offerings.
ï Write Case Studies and White Papers on project work accomplished by Unbounded Solutions.
ï Write Product Launch and Release articles for newly available products and services from Unbounded Solutoins.
Desired Candidate Profile
SKILLS REQUIRED
ï About 2-5 years of experience in writing for the IT Industry.
ï The ideal candidate must be passionate about software and must be able to learn about new technologies quickly and should be able to translate the acquired knowledge into technical publications and web site content.
ï Broad knowledge of IT products, solutions, and jargons used.
ï The individual must be a quality oriented, well-organized, self-starter with strong technical writing skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
ï Strong hands-on experience of working on documentation tools like Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and others
ï Experience of working on technical solution write-ups & proposals.
ï Strong ability to effectively communicate Unboundedâs message and service offerings to its customers.
ï Excellent communication skills and the ability to get creative with language.
ï Highly motivated, self disciplined and must have proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.

Desired Skills:

ï Outstanding technical writing, structuring, editing and proof-reading skills.
ï Superior communication (oral and written), organization, and administrative skills.
ï Strong ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
ï Highly proficient in the use and support of the following products: MSOffice products (particularly MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Visio), Adobe Acrobat Reader and Distiller
ï Ability to quickly learn and understand complex analytical software and concepts.
ï Knowledge of facilitation techniques and experience delivering classroom training with strong presentation skills.
