Job Description :
Create, modify and review stored procedures, and SQL Scripts, database functions, and triggers
Company Take ownership of identification and implementation of performance and maintenance improvements for the current database design and application interactions.
Company Constantly seeking ways to re-factor code by tuning and optimizing queries
Company Work with Programmer Analysts and Business Analysts to gather requirements and implement changes to the databases as required
Company Work with QA team to help create test cases
Company Create new strategies and processes to help with the deployment and maintenance of databases
Company Expert knowledge and extensive experience with building, administering, and maintaining Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, and SQL Server internals
Company Hands-on database tuning and troubleshooting experience
Company Technically fluent in database programming languages, including SQL and PL/SQL
Desired Candidate Profile :
Company Strong academic background in Engineering or related field
Company Aptitude to learn and work on large scale solutions
Company Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
