Job Description
Proficient with Mercury's Business Availability Center (BAC) suite of Products to include: Planning, Installation and management of Mercury Business Availability Center.
Responsible for the execution of day to day operations of Business Availability Center.
Monitor Business Availability Center Dashboard for application availability and performance problems.
Triage the alerts generated by monitoring between applications and Business Availability Center.
When Problems is detected based on conclusion reached from the correlation, the troubleshooting and triage process escalate the issues to appropriate groups.
Evangelize and maintain awareness of service level management throughout the business.
Responsible for the design and implementation of SLA /OLA monitoring and reporting.
Works as a senior member of the monitoring team or as an individual Technical Specialist on implementation, enhancement, or integration projects.
Product installation and patching Development of monitoring scripts Creation of Dashboard and Service Level views.
Gather knowledge about business processes from clients in order to effectively determine project scope, customer and solution requirements.

Technical Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mercury suite of products (e.g.; Mercury Load Runner / Performance Center; Mercury Topaz / Business Availability Center/Site Scope),
- Expertise in BAC and Site Scope is essential.
- Experience in performance testing is desirable (but not mandatory).
