Job Description : Essential Skills
Language Skills: C, C++, Java programming
Windows programming. If any microsoft certification if would be good
Exposure to Security domain , networking skills.
Strong communication skills - very important
Proven self drive and demonstrated ability of handling customer support issues in addition to development.
Working on at least one complete release end to end as a developer.

Desired Profile Desirable skills:
Exposure to InstallShield or Wix framework
Exposure to directory technologies like AD and knowledge of citrix, identity and security management space
Some exposure to supporting customers support teams such as Technical support as developer.
Automation - UT automation (JUnit, C++ Unit test automation)
Skills on OOAD
