Job Description :
Experience of monitoring calls and providing feedback to reps on process quality aspects
Experience on voice processes for International clientÃle
High awareness of Quality metrics, measures, processes
Proficient with MS office tools such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Experience on a sales (outbound/inbound) process is preferred.
Working knowledge of Contact Centre Metrics
Good at communication & comprehension
High maturity levels to handle vendor interactions in a smooth & professional manner

Desired Candidate Profile :
Analytical ability Exceptional Knowledge in Excel and MiniTab ,graduate,min 1 year experience as quality analyst.
