Job Description
We are a steady growing software development company based in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad. We now have some good sized projects and we are looking for a project manager to manage these as well as our team. Candidates should only apply if they have 3+ yrs experience and have extensive project management experience. Prince2 or another project management qualification would be a bonus. You should also be able to help developers technically where required so some development expertise would also be a bonus. We are looking for a leader who can manage a team of 15.
You MUST have excellent written and spoken English.
Day to day tasks include:

Managing the team and ensuring all developers are working efficiently.
Ability to write technical specifications and functional specifications
Ability to provide estimations against technical briefs
Ability to manage multiple projects (about 5 at a time) and ensure they are all done to deadline.
Ability to create project plans and stick to these. Manage risks and contingencies and provide full reports.
Ability to determine the best solution for the requirement.
A technical background to help developers where required.

We mainly handle .NET and PHP projects and we are starting with Java projects also. So experience in these three technologies would be a must. Any experience in opensource tools and frameworks like CodeIgnitor, RubyonRails, DotNetNuke etc would be beneficial.

Desired Candidate Profile
a technical person with good social skills who can lead a team. you must convey yourself well and be able to communicate with people at all levels. Excellent English is a must.
