Designation Security - Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead

Job Description � Good understanding of Linux internals and kernel programming
� Hands on experience in L4-L7 layers implementation
� Good Datacom knowledge.
� Security:
o Firewalls , NAT, Intrution detection and prevention
o Deep packet inspection
o Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)
o Content Inspection

Desired Profile � Experience of using various open source tool in Linux like Snort, iptabels, IKE raccoon etc.
� Fast path experience in carrier grade equipments, like Cavium, IXP etc
� Development & Debugging of complex embedded systems using standard GNU tools
� Linux drivers, kernel debugging, task prioritization, threading, memory management, inter process communication, etc
� Excellent design documentation skills, unit test methodology and debug skills.
� Customization of Linux kernel for various embedded processors
� Strong C programming skills.
� Embedded communication systems(real time kernel, distributed architecture, high availability, hitless data plane)
� Proven Software product lifecycle including design, development, test and support
� Excellent written and communication skills

Job responsibilities
� Reporting the memory leaks , latent bugs in Kernel Modules, memory optimizations,
� Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team designing and developing L4-L7 next generation security device
� Technically responsible for resolving platform level stability issues, memory leaks, application crashes problems.
� Requirements analysis, Design, coding, test planning, testing, debugging
� Responsible for technical quality delivery for the feature/ sub-system
� Understand customer requirements / problems and provide solutions
