Job Description
âPreferable experience with application framework development
âExperience with developing web applications, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML/XSL, AJAX
âDevelopment experience on any of these is a plus: Linux, Mono, FireFox, Oracle
âGood understanding of database concepts
âA clear understanding of OO and design pattern is a must
âKnowledge of MDA (Model Driven Architecture) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
âCreative and result driven, with a clear understanding of a generic framework, its architecture, openness and developer friendliness
âShould be able to oversee multiple projects
âShould be able to estimate efforts; plan and track projects
âCoordinate with various parties within India and NL/US.
âInternational exposure is a plus
âASP.net and XML is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills:
ASP.net , XML, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML/XSL, AJAX and clear understanding of OO and design pattern, MDA (Model Driven Architecture) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
Leading Skills:
50% programming and the other time for leading the team
Ability to handle multiple small teams
Troubleshooting
Coordination amongst the various specialists in the Netherlands office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
