Job Description
i) Work in the product development team to build / enhance the next generation Contact Center Solutions for our customers.
ii) Deliver work in a structured manner using OOAD methodologies and provide technical insights to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile
i) At least a Diploma or a Degree in any stream.
ii) 3 - 4 years hands on Java / J2EE & web services development experience (preferably product development).
iii) An exposure to all the phases of software development life cycle.
