Job Description
As a System Administrator, you would be part of the Global NetOps team and would be repsosible for providing all desktop, server and Networking support to India team. Intrapshere Network Operations are centralized and provide IT and networking support to internal technology teams and to the clients as well. The routine activities are done via a centralized ticket tracking system and major enhancements and changes are done via specially defined projects. We run a very high energy, efficient Global lean team to manage about 200+ desktops/laptops, 100+ Servers, multiple sites including DR sites in 3 different countries. We have mixed technology environment (Miscrosoft, Solaris) with virtualized servers (VMware). All our Network engineers are equipped with Blackberry and internet connections at home for them to work efficiently.You would provide all Desktop, Server and Networking support to India team

You will Work on Global tickets and projects, including documentation involving international team

Desired Candidate Profile
You will be analytical with a problem solving bend of mind, capable of working with minimum guidance in an international environment, with prior experience of working for Multiple international locations sites.
You would have 2+ years of experience in Windows/Outlook desktop environment and Windows/VMware Server environment, covering all aspects.
You would have experience in handling networking issues related to desktops/servers etc.
You would have good knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Symantec products like back up exec, anti virus etc.
