QCT is looking for experienced embedded SW engineers interested in developing software for mobile devices. Specifically, the position involves developing embedded software supporting the audio, voice,Camera, camcorder and multimedia functions of CDMA, UMTS, and GSM handsets. A number of positions exist for motivated individuals interested in joining a dynamic organization building the next generation of mobile phone devices.

Desired Profile Skills/Experience
For Audio team, We are looking for candidates with solid foundation in
Realtime Operating system concepts
Multi threade programming / realtime software programming
exposure to device driver architectures and concepts
Data structures
C programming skills
2 to 5 years experience on embedded S/W development
Additional Skills
Experience in Multimedia software component development ( middle ware / Audio codec Video codec / drivers ) a big plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science. Computer Engineering/Electrical
Engineering or equivalent degree programs are acceptable.
