project Manager Business Solutions - ERP CRM is responsible for developing Oracle ERP strategies and execution plans based on business requirements through partnership with various business segments. Lead high impact and long-range Oracle ERP initiatives; including development of broad architectural & process design strategies. Ability to lead project teams, execute plans, and enable business process re-engineering is key requirements for this position.
Responsible for Designing Oracle ERP OTR (Order to Remittance) processes for multiple business units.
Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for business processes.
Ensure common designs are followed for Oracle CRM segment with special focus on Service Contracts, Field Services, Quoting, Depot Repair and other Oracle ERP modules
Streamline redundant processes & integrations and support GE Energy Simplification initiatives.
Lead a team in providing solutions to complex business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions
Provide Oracle ERP solutions in the design, development, modification, implementation and maintenance of cost effective business solutions on multiple ERP projects.
Consult on security, architecture, IT processes including business planning and initiating innovative solution/ service design, development concepts
Deliver quality improvements and root-cause analysis for Oracle ERP related complex business problems and issues.
Align OTR design strategy with GE Energy Oracle Center Of Excellence.
Maximize utilization of ERP applications core functionalities and simplify customizations.
Follow GE Six-sigma Tollgate process and contribute to Tollgate deliverables
Work closely with delivery manager ensuring on-time execution of all deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with additional degree like full-time MBA with Finance or CA/CFA/ICWA or equally competent certifications
Hands-on 5+ years experience of leading and implementing at least 2 large-scale full life cycle global Oracle ERP implementations.
Proven track record of effectively prioritizing and solving operational and strategic issues and delivering high quality Oracle ERP Implementation on schedule and budget.
Worked extensively and has in-depth Functional Knowledge in Oracle Service Contracts, Field Services, Install Base, Quoting and other CRM Modules
Experience with a Single Instance ERP implementation for multiple business units and multiple countries.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology).
Strong knowledge and understanding of application configurations, setups for ERP modules.
Solid facilitation and presentation skills to lead design sessions with business and technical audiences to come up with solutions for ERP domain.
Broad technical expertise on core ERP modules and interrelationships (Schema, transactions, workflow design, features)
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change in a complex matrix environment.
