Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivery of technical sessions (CCNA & CCNP topics). Min 60 hrs per month. Plus Min 40 hrs in Lab. Design/Modify course contents on a continuous basis in line with business requirements and principa l guidelines, Course Material for Programs Develop scenarios, case studies, simulation & lab exercises. Own Q bank for respective tech towers. Upgrade it, Validate with business, Design entrance tes ts, set pass marks. Principal certified self. Organize for principal certification for trainees/participants Participate & demonstrate to customer â lab scenarios, Vendor Evaluation, Evolving Hard ware/sware specs for labs/training sessions, compatibility issues, identify training infra req for Networking Domain. Support costing/budgeting of programs

Skills Required:
BE/Btech (prefer) with 4-6 year experience or Bsc with 6-8 years of experience in Networking domain. CCNP (Mandatory), any other Networking Related Certifications advantageous Experience in a custom er facing (support engineer) roles in Networking Domain (as Networking L1 or L2). Min 2 years (Mandatory). Hands-on with latest hardware (routers/switches), installation and troubleshooting. Desire f or experimenting, creating case studies/simulations, proof of concepts, customized content creation. Exposure as a technical trainer/teaching preferred â Min 1 year Excellent Communication (esp Verb al) Skills, Articulation of thoughts, Presentation/Public Speaking.
