Job Description:
â Project Modules are built primarily on J2EE technology, the job will be maintain & enhance the existing applications.
â Needs to develop applications, modules in Struts Framework.
â Should be able to learn and distribute the knowledge in case, a new framework needs to be implemented.Needs to be creative in suggesting new technologies/frameworks/tools to enhance the User Experience, Quality of the project etc.
â Researching, Learning and applying new technologies in the project.Coordinating with PL/PM for designing, architecting new modules.
â Candidate should have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, be highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
â Individual need to be flexible and work on configurations of various tools like ANT, JUNIT, CVS & Weblogic etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
â BE/MCA in Computer and Information Sciences or equivalent work experience.
â Minimum 4 years experience on J2EE technology designing mission critical systems.
â Expert knowledge of and substantial experience with JSP, Servlet, EJB & Struts:
â Strong OO programming skills with knowledge of Design Patterns.
â Familiarity with tools like ANT, JUnit, CVS highly desired.
â Hands on experience on AJAX, XSL.
