Job Description:
R2K Software is looking for experienced professionals who are able to do Software Testing. We offer an enjoyable working environment with immense growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
ÂResponsible to ensure the quality is built into the software applications developed, and the deliverables meet defined quality standards.
ÂResponsible for setting up of QA systems and documentation of the same
ÂResponsible for development and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
ÂResponsible for system, function, integration, regression, stress, load and performance testing either manually and/or using tools. Other duties include producing and executing test cases, raising fault reports and working with the software development team to resolve problems.
ÂBe a good team player, along with a strong desire to work as a Tester who can deliver quality results under tight time frames.
ÂContributes to ways of improving quality processes and minimizing the quality issues for corrective and preventive actions

Desired Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
ÂCandidate must possess at least an Engineering Degree or MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
ÂTwo to five years of software testing experience
ÂExperience in Microsoft Technology platforms
ÂExpertise in Black box and white box testing
ÂExposure to test automation tools such as WinRunner, LoadRunner etc is desirable
ÂGood understanding of quality processes like CMM will be an advantage
ÂThe successful candidates will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, a solid understanding of standard testing techniques and methodologies, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Successful Completion of a Background Check is required for this opportunity.
