Designation Software Quality Analyst

Job Description Primary responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of ISO 20000 processes by providing consultancy and guidance to the concerned teams
Plan and conduct project start and closure audits
Review project artifacts such as Project PMP, Quality plan, Risk Plan etc. and approve project process
Ensure QL conducts the period Audits
Review the audit reports
Perform NC analysis and derive action plan and Improvement initiatives for projects
Monitor Improvement initiatives of projects
Prepare monthly reports
Review the reports generated and draw inferences for process improvement
Conduct monthly meetings: QA-QL meetings & Project meetings
Allocate work, manage and evaluate QL
Conduct Process training new QL and ensure proper hand-over takes place, in case QL are changed in projects
Evaluate and conduct QL appraisals
Conduct SMR on a monthly basis for the projects being handled.

Desired Profile Technical requirements:
Hands-on experience in Software development + Quality assurance
Knowledge of SDLC, ISO, CMMI (knowledge on other frameworks will be preferred).
Good communication and analytical skills.
Auditing skills
