Job Description
We are looking for senior J2EE Software Engineers/Technical Leads for our operations in Navi Mumbai, India. Selected candidates would perform the following functions:
- Work with US technology architects on niche middleware and SOA technologies
- Execute projects with the US team using J2EE technologies
- Work with local team in delivering solutions
- Use Object Edge frameworks to build solutions for our customers - Work on ecommerce technologies
- Work on extending and using Open Source Frameworks
- Design and develop frameworks for Object Edge
- Create Software Design documents and artifacts
- Mentor junior team members and lead the team towards deliverables
- Work with US customers on projects deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be strong on fundamentals of Object Oriented Programming and at
minimum should have:
1. Worked with Java and J2EE technologies for 5-9 years and is very strong on language
fundamentals
2. Worked with Frameworks like Struts, Hibernate and other open source platforms
3. Experience in building websites using HTML/JSP/XML/AJAX technologies
4. Very good Understanding of design patterns and must've applied them in applications
5. Understanding of database technologies
6. Understanding of middleware techologies like messaging, ESB, SOA etc.
7. Designed and built frameworks or extended Open Source platforms
