Job Description:
Lead a team Programmers , Communicate timely updates and status to management as needed, Review and/or contribute to development project estimates, Active participation in technical design review including authoring of tech. specifications

Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent academic record- BTech -Comp Sc., MSc, MCA
1-2 years experience as Team Lead or eq.
3+ years development experience preferably in financial domain
Excellent communication skills
Strong C/C++/Java/ and SQL.
