Desired Candidate Profile:
Good knowledge of below Web related technologies areas.
ORM like Hibernate or Ibaits or Toplink etc
Experince in Spring or JSF or Struts 2
Shoule be able to mentor developers and coordinate with Architect at On-site
Should be able to architect or evaluate the proposed solutions for Web based applications
