Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Building up a competence center for Enterprise Application Projects
* Object-oriented analysis, design and software architecture of database-related web applications
* Development of an automated test framework
* Employee management and cooperation in defining development processes

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum 10 years of experience into Software Development.
2. Experience in the design and development of system architecture for large enterprise applications
3. Experience articulating architectural design with industry's standard design notation/language, i.e.UML or equivalent
4. Extensive experience developing architectural frameworks.
5. Hands on experience, at senior level or lead role, in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements, analysis, design, build, test, to deployment
6. Expertise in object oriented analysis and design as well as service oriented design
7. Expert knowledge in J2EE, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), middleware technologies, messaging frameworks, and web services standards
8. Knowledge and experience designing and developing Enterprise Service Bus/SOA /Integration TierArchitecture (Web Services, J2EE, JMS, EAI, MQ, BPEL/Process Orchestration, SOA Business Activity Monitoring)
9. Experience and knowledge integrating components/systems built with J2EE technologies.
10. Experience in architecting enterprise level systems with Java Application server technology
11. Experience with simple object access protocol (SOAP) and web services
