Job Description:
This position is primarily responsible to provide production support for the users of the business application systems.
It also involves administration and support of NVIDIA’s web and 3rd party application environment.
Works with US support team to provide 24x7 support of the environment
Ensure that production support help requests are resolved within agreed time lines.
Work with on-site application support team to resolve day to day production support issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in supporting Web Application environments such as IIS and Apache
- Experience in a Microsoft oriented IT environment
- Experience in developing Web based solutions and support
- Strong experience in SQL Server, experience in Oracle Database Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years experience in application support
- Experience with multiple application solutions
- Ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- A strong team player; self motivated and a great attitude
- Ready to work in shifts
