Job Description:
1 Lead and ensure the delivery of testing services by a testing team
2 Set up, manage, and report on all testing activities, including the overall development and definition of the testing strategy, test plans, test cases, testing resources, and testing environments, as well as test execution
3 Lead compliance to standard project management methods, processes and tools across project team
4 Recommend project control approach and testing metrics
5 Coach project team members
6 Create, analyse and communicate project deliverables
7 Monitor performance of project team members
8 Secure appropriate approvals
9 Lead project status review meetings
10 Lead the project team in translating requirements into testing project plan and executing project plan to achieve project testing objectives

Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Skills
1 A clear understating of the application development lifecycle and large system testing methodologies
2 Expertise in problem solving, process improvements and project support of enterprise-wide applications
3 Ability to create project work plans, estimating work effort, project budgeting and team management
4 Experience preparing technical and business documentation (procedures, business processes, system models, test results, etc
5 Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
6 Organized, creative and flexible, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
7 PMP Certification preferred
8 Experience in creating and execution of Application Test Plans is preferred
