Job Description:
We are currently hiring Manager – QA.
QA Manager:
o Experience of 8 to 10 years in software testing
o Should have experience managing 25 – 30 members team
o Hands on experience in the following:
o Define and optimize Test Process
o Ability to suggest appropriate test strategies & good understanding of different testing techniques
o Test planning & good understanding of different testing techniques
o Test automation, specifically being able to define automation frameworks
o Good understanding of different kinds of tests like
o Performance tests
o Application security tests
o White Box testing
o Experience in involving in Presales for QA engagements
o Good at test effort estimation and ability to define and measure different metrics
o Good understanding of different Test Process models like TMM, TPI etc
o Preferable to be certified (CSQA or any other similar certifications)
o Good at planning and tracking progress
o Good understanding of different Product, Process and People related metrics
o Experience in setting objectives / goals & mentor / facilitate team to accomplish the same.
o Good communication skills
o Experience in grooming next level of leadership
o Ability to conduct trainings on testing and related concepts
