Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Working with the Projects Department to define project processes.

Conducting & Coordinating Audit for Process Compliance.

Coordinate effectively across all groups in the organization for process implementation.

Managing a team for quality assurance and Testing activities.

Reviewing, computing and releasing organization process capability metrics.

Releasing various standards used in S/w development activities.

Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and releasing results.

Conducting Process Improvement activities.

Improving the Testing practices and work on the Defect prevention Activities.

Conducting Technology change management Activities.

Working with outside organizations to obtain Certifications/assessments

Desired Candidate Profile :
Required Skill Set:
Knowledge of CMM / CMMI & ISO 9001
Knowledge of Software Project Management & Software Engineering, Test Management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Qualification : B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.E, MCA (Should have 60% and above across the career)
