Job Description:
a senior software engineer you will be responsible for analyzing the requirements; produce the system design in collaboration with peers. Based on the design deliver high quality source code. You will be responsible for managing a team of ASP.NET Developers and resolve their issues. Demonstrate competence in own area; may still be acquiring higher level skill. Identifies Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. Mentors and trains both peers and less senior software development staff in areas of domain expertise and internal procedures. You will help in managing project on day-to-day basis through meetings, schedule follow-ups and communication to program manager and other key stakeholders, on technical and project management status, challenges and issues.
Analysis: Analyzes software requirements based on inputs from the customer support team, collaboration with peers and experiential knowledge. Produces project requirements containing system functionality and user interface requirements. Determines final requirements in collaboration with peers.
Design: Designs and implements software systems and product enhancements based on requirements specifications. Produces documents related to these efforts including Architecture Specification Documents and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS). Decides approaches, modeling techniques and provides estimations for schedules, technical scope and required project resources. Participates in technical reviews of requirements and systems design with peers.
Develop: Develops and refines programming code for new software development and product enhancements. Determines algorithms and approaches and recommends solutions and resource allocations. Liaises with internal staff and user to ensure capture of all relevant functionality.
Document: Participates in software documentation process by writing first draft versions technical literature for submission to documentation team. Reviews final prior to release and verifies processes have been followed. Reviews documentation authored by peers and makes recommendations for improvement.
Mentor: Mentors and trains both peers and junior software development staff in areas of domain expertise and internal procedures. Ensures adherence to established procedures and methods. Will recommend problem solving methodologies and participate in formal project review analysis.

• You are known for your excellent knowledge of ASP .NET language.
• You have good exposure to C#.NET language
• You have extensive experience with ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• You have extensive experience with MS SQL and ADO.NET
• You have exposure to WindowsForms
• You have exposure to web technologies like AJAX
• You are known for your excellent concepts of OOPs and OOAD.
• You are known for your excellent knowledge of Microsoft.NET platform
• You are known for your excellent knowledge of SDLC.
• You are known for your excellent management skills.
• You have experience in working with XML and Crystal Reports.
• You are creative and can devise & implement multiple solutions.
• You have passion for quality and excellence
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are known in completing the assigned tasks with minimum supervision with high quality and on time.
• You are known to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Follows disciplined software development practices.
• You have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field of Software development out of which atleast 3+ years in ASP .NET.
