Job Description:
8-12 years of experience in .NET based projects.
Design experience with familiarity with design patterns.
Hands on expertise with extensive C# coding, XML, Remoting, Reflection etc.
Exposure to SQL programming with any database.
Able to see through code, troubleshoot and fix issues quickly.
Comfortable with developing XML based applications on top of .NET framework.
Hands on expertise in all the XML technologies (XSL, XPaths, XPointers, XQuery, schemas, DTDs, parsers)
Requires working knowledge of design patterns with the ability to code to architectural documentation.
Leading and providing technical support for other developers.
Coding/building/deploying applications in the .NET environment integrating with a Java based middle tier.
Writing unit test cases
Communication of issues appropriately and in a timely manner
Should be familiar with .NET-to-XML binding tools to take DTDs or Schemas and produce .NET objects and vice-versa
Assist in the implementing and enhancing existing and new applications
Constantly strive towards improving the scalability and maintainability of the product by providing technical inputs wherever needed.
Troubleshoot and maintain the existing applications
Address complex issues technically both from the development standpoint.
Interact with Development Lead, other Developers, Business System Analysts, and Quality Assurance Professionals on a daily basis.
Collaborate with other developers who work on different Tiers of the Application.
Mentor and guide the junior developers in developing and maintaining the various products at various stages of product life cycle

Desired Profile:
