Job Description:
Manage multiple project/clients with team size of 20+ people. Should be able to work with leads to ensure project objectives are met.
Defines project scope, goals and deliverable of the project that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stake holders.
Acquire resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order deliver projects according to plan.
Raising design/functionality related issues foreseen/encountered during coding to Senior engineer/ Lead engineer in timely manner.
Effectively communicate with Senior/Lead Engineer in order to understand design and functional specifications.
To ensure all code confirms to given coding standards.
To achieve ânear-zero-defectâ in all deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent client interaction and customer management skills. Strong Project Management skills. Extensive experience in onsite/offshore delivery model. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Should have managed Medium to large teams through all stages of SDLC. Experience in pre-sales. Ability to anticipate risks, foster team work and handle people issues. Travel domain experience will be a plus.
