Job Description:
-Provide 24x7 support on shift basis.
-Knowledge of Routing, Security, Firewalls.
-Knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP,BGP.
-Should have good knowledge on IPSec and some experience in managing VPN & Security through PIX/Netscreen firewalls.
-Familiar with Netscreen devices.
-Hands on Cisco devices (routers, switches (Layer2 and 3)
-Good troubleshooting skills on LAN and WAN

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Proficient on cisco,routers,security & switches.
-Knowledge of netscreen.
-CCNA certification .
-Supporting & troubleshooting network related calls for global support team.
