Job Description:
We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in RDBMS like SQL Server 2000, Oracle 8i/ Oracle 9i /10G and has competencies to write database object like procedures, functions, packages, triggers and views in PL /SQL, and T-SQL.Should have hands on experience in SQL Tuning, SQL Loader, Toad, Oracle Optimizer, Solaris, Unix-Shell Scripting.In addition to having strong understanding of technology, the applicant should have strong communication skills, great personality, high confidence level and stability to join us and work in USA on our H1B Visa sponsorship for our ongoing and prospective/upcoming projects in the US.
Qualification required - BE / B. Tech. / ME / M.Tech. / MCA / MBA
Experience required – Minimum of 5 yrs in related skills

What IGI would need from you:
In case you are selected after a couple of rounds with the HR and the technical team, you would have to produce a Bank Guarantee (BG) of Rs. One Lakh, on Rs.100 Stamp Paper duly signed by the respective Bank Manager. This is to ensure the following:
• You would not back out after filing H1B papers with IGI under any conditions
• You must be willing to travel to US as and when required by IGI
• You must not leave IG before 18 months of joining IGI in the USA

IGI confirms that it will refund the entire amount of the Bank Guarantee (BG) in case the H1 visa of the Consultant gets rejected after filing H1 with the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). We are not asking for any money from your side. This money will remain in your own bank account and your bank will take your guarantee that you’ll not back out from your commitment to IGI, once IGI initiates the H1B process.
Tentative Processing Time:
• Recruitment & Selection – 15-30 days from the time the applicant sends in his / her resume to IGI
• H1 Documentation from applicant to IGI – within 10 days of receiving a written offer letter from IGI
• Bank Guarantee from applicant to IGI – within 15 days of receiving a written offer letter from IGI
• Confirmation of Receipt of all relevant Documentation by IGI – within 15 days of receipt of documents by IGI from the applicant
• H1 Filing with USCIS – on 31st March’09
