Job Description:
Review team members implementation to ensure they follow the design and coding guidelines and processes.
Perform functional code review and integration test.
Work with developers to resolve their technical issues and mentor them.
Work with QA lead to improve test plan.
Provide timely and complete information to the QA group to facilitate formal testing.
Leading the team of Technical Designers and Developers.
Resolves all kind of technical issues
Responsible for on time delivery of the software component.
Ensures requirements are met through timely and efficient completion of deliverables
Responsible of the execution of all development deliverables, including reporting periodically to Development Manager on progress, and working with them to mitigate risk
Ensures that only high quality and technically sound work is performed.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have minimum 6 yrs of IT Projects core experience in object-oriented technologies and in implementing web-based applications.
Strong Java, J2ee, JSF, Servlets, EJB, Sprint, JDBC, Eclipse skill.
Should be leading a minimum of 5-6 people team currently.
Knowledge of oracle 9iAS and 10g is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
Ready to work with demanding schedules, travel & time lines.
