Job Description:
As a Lead Admin, Selected resource will be responsible and accountable for defining, implementing, maintaining the 360 deg. independent operations of MF- MVS area at Keane.
He should have sound technical skills in this area; act as a L3 support, to troubleshoot critical issues across various client engagements. Validate the current technology solutions offered to clients and improve upon them, in terms of people, process and technology & operations areas.

Desired Candidate Profile:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Candidate with 3 to 5 years of relevant Core experience in Mainframe system programming, troubleshooting in MVS area
- Z/OS parameters, Jes2 parameters
- VTAM, TCP/IP and JES2 operator commands
- Communications (VTAM & TCP/IP)
- Z/OS concept (subsystems such as RSM, ASM, SMS etc)
- Knowledge of hardware (Mainframes, Disk, Tapes etc)
- Linklist, APF list and NUC list
- Virtual, real and auxiliary storage
- Basic installs of ISV products (Independent software vendor)
- Debugging (IPCS, Fault Analyzer and native dump)
- Knowledge of common error messages and abend codes
- Basic knowledge of print streams, Citrix metaframes etc
- Monitoring, Execution of Backup jobs on MF
- Posses Hands on experience on various MF MVS areas of operations
DESIRED SKILLS: Familiar with CICS, DB2 areas
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong Interpersonal & good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team leader, having successfully lead the teams and driving various deliverables, technologies
- Willing to work in shifts, Week ends and on call duties
- Self motivate team leader, able to handle multiple skilled resources
