Job Description:
The Technical Consultant (TC) facilitates and performs the technical implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support of SAP products and processes to enhance the value that customers receive from their SAP Hosting solutions. The TC assumes an active technical role in the implementation process and creates value for SAP Hosting customers through the hosting and management of the customers¡¦ systems and system performance. The TC will be committed to maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each account within their team and will be required to manage technical projects described by the customer contract, and to build and maintain a stable environment. The TC is required to build trust and develop referenceable SAP customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

Desired Profile:
2-5 years experience is required.
