Job Title: Tech Lead - Java / J2ee

Required Skills

·Strong working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices.
·Significant experience with very large scale deployments of Java Enterprise Edition application servers, including coding of EJBs, JMS, and JMX. JBoss is preferred, but IBM WebSphere or BEA WebLogic are acceptable.
·Minimum 5 years in product development.
·Development of complex Java server back-end to support UI based on Struts 2 and AJAX.
·Exposure to use of Open Source Java packages for common capabilities.
·Complex database design and development. MySQL is preferred, but Postgres, IBM DB2 or Oracle are also acceptable. Use of Spring and Hibernate for data access layer.
·Experience working in an Offshore/Onsite Model
Desired Skills:
·Experience building monitoring, analysis and reporting for network and system management.
·Familiarity with considerations of network security, LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos or PKI, and single sign-on.
·Use of management APIs to control virtualization hypervisors, such as VMware ESX and Xen.
·Exposure to high performance JMS implementations, such as ActiveMQ, JBoss Messaging or IBM MQSeries.
·Agile distributed software development is a strong plus.

Required Qualification

• BE Computer Science (or equivalent) graduate.
