Job Description:

• Knowledge of managing/conducting support interactions on Phone/Email/Chat

• Good Knowledge of RDBMS packages preferably MS SQL Server 2000/2005

• Exposure to DBA activities like Replication, Disaster Recovery etc

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Exposure to debugging the applications

• Good exposure on using various tools that aid in troubleshooting.

• Individually worked out on trouble shooting issues ranging from Functionality issues to Performance issues
