Job Description :

2-4 years of working experience in Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
Server/OS/Application Support, Maintenance, General Troubleshooting, Incident, Triage.
Escalation Management
End User Support for Level-1 End User Problems
Testing & Implementation
Problem Management & Documentation
Software installation/upgrades
Select Project Work As Assigned

Desired Profile :

Certifications in the areas MCSE and/or MCSA is the must.
Candidate will display proven skills in the areas of day-to-day operational support of Window 2000 & 2003 servers, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, and SMTP E-Mail routing.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols and Ports; and SMTP & Exchange E-Mail routing.
Candidate will have an understanding of Windows Clustering and supporting Exhange mailbox servers in a clustered environment.
