Job Description:
Understands the requirements
The developer role is responsible for developing and testing components for integration into larger subsystems.
Follows the project’s standard coding guidelines
Developing and performing unit tests and generating the unit test reports.
When test components, such as drivers or stubs, must be created to support testing, the developer is also responsible for developing and testing of these test components and corresponding subsystems.
Coordination with other developers and designers

Technical Skills:
Core Java (Collection, Thread, OOP`s Concepts, Networking, Exception Handling)
JIBX/JAXB/XML Beans, JMS,XSL.
Database (JDBC, Transaction).
S/W Designing
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
